The rise in electricity prices will also affect heat pump owners

This year, the lowest air temperature in Latvia has been recorded since 1795, while last winter, according to expert estimates, has been the longest in the last 50 years.

Most people can't just wait for spring and heat, but there are also those who care less about it. In around 7,000 households, as well as in a number of public buildings, the air temperature is taken care of by the sun and ground heat, as they are equipped with heat pump systems.
